I've had the most awful 4 day stretch. This news doesn't help. I always liked Cam. I remember the Preseason 2010 hype and how Gordon was the savior at the Free Safety position. I also remember the ND QB burning the shit out of Cam on a long TD pass to their Tight End (Rudolph?) 

I don't miss those days.

Rough news for Cam, but here's to hoping he gets a shot with another team. Seems like a good candidate for a practice squad with potential for a special teams spot if he performs well.

Strange they're letting him go to bring back Spikes, who isn't that good and was a giant turd after leaving New England in 2013.
