Jehu is the obvious one people will complain about not being selected, but he did get to go last year so this is probably Harbaugh just spreading the wealth.

Wonder if it isn't also part motivation tactic. Remember Jim made that comment about Darboh passing Jehu as the top receiver this spring. I like to think Jim coaches like Kubrick directs, in that nothing is done without intention. Hopefully our big 3 of Butt-Chesson-Darboh push each other to their absolute best potential this fall.

I actually like how you put that. It's probably pretty close to the truth as comparisons go as well. It also has me now wondering what Harbaugh's version of "Barry Lyndon" would look like. There's a fun thought experiment. Would he have even chosen Thackery's novel?

Anticipate many variations on the question "How/why are you so good."

Also: "what's it like playing for Harbaugh?"
"What's your opinion about satellite camps?"
"Give me a sound byte about how Peppers is so good?"

Sports journalism, man. Insert picture of Drew Sharp sleeping.

Jehu Chesson went last year (along with Joe Bolden and James Ross I believe). It's likely Michigan didn't want to send a repeat player to Media Day.

Just the fact that there is news relating to this year's football team, for an event that signals the coming of the next season, is practically orgasm inducing.
