BTN trying to get the balance right

Since the site was down yesterday, this gem unfortunately didn't get a mention on here.

At 11:58 of the second half of the PSU-Illinois game on Sunday on BTN when they came back from commerical- the play by play was replaced by this (embedded below)

This took place while mgoblog was down. Was this the revenge of Brian Cook for BTN making Jon Crispin aka bootleg Dan Dakich a commentator?

Considering which game was on and what was going on in Champaign elsewhere in the athletic department, I kind of wondered if the Illini were standing in line, waiting and waiting for an overdue sign so they could say I told you so. 

They did choose a good Depeche Mode song, if nothing else.

Is anyone elsce bothered by Penn State fans wearing "TEAM REAM" t-shirts?  I don't know the meaning of this, but on the face it is disturbing.
