Come on.  Roussel has a lot of connections in the coaching community.  He runs in those circles.  Ask any college coach at any level what they think of the guy and they will have good things to say.

His musings on the Michigan search have been nonsense.  But that is because he's been hearing these things - search is unorganized, etc. - from coaches who have been reached out to.  Well, no shit it's gonna seem like an unorganized search if we're reaching out to dozens of candidates, with no rhyme or reason, while we wait for Harbaugh to finish his business.

FootballScoop doesn't belong in the same sentence as Ace Williams.

WTF, has he lost his mind?  From winning 9 - 10 games every year at a big time program to now seemingly going backwards to the lower division?  He could have made more just doing color commentary or doing a cat show on Animal Planet network.

I read somewhere that Pelini's contract says Nebraska has to keep paying him unless he takes another FBS coaching job.  YSU is actually not a bad choice for him - he gets to collect two paychecks and keep being a head coach at what has historically been a pretty good program.

Speaking of coaches and their next stop:

Don't have enough points to post a new topic, and this is from Gregg Henson so take it for whatever, but he has a source that allegedly has received communication regarding Greg Mattison's post-Hoke activities. Supposedly he has a bevy of NFL job offers, but is open to returning to Michigan if the right coach is brought in. (Note: he doesn't think it will be Harbaugh because of the salary cost...) In the interim, he is still espousing the merits of being/staying a Wolverine to current players.
