i was worried but it does look nice in that picture. I always liked having it like that in bowl games though. was a refreshing change, although i think the grass colored background is a classy look

 

I just hope they keep the subtle alternating light/dark grass tone every ten yards. Looks classy. nothing dramatic like at OSU. that looks tacky.

I liked the old look (35 years running!) just fine. So I guess I am supposed to say: Get off my lawn.

But if you want to paint part of it blue, I think I can get used to it. I might even possibly be eager to see how it looks. Win a national title on this carpet and we'll all be all in.

Honestly, might as well give it a shot.
