Anyone outside the country try this out yet? Stream quality looked pretty impressive on the sample stream they provide.

after this week some fans living abroad can let us know.
My question is how do they know where you are? By IP Address? If so, can't you just use a proxy server to act as if you are in a foreign country (I'm not sure how to do this, though). Thanks.

Sorry for digging this thread out, but I was thinking of buying the Big Ten Ticket but it seems useless now:
For viewers outside of the United States, Canada and the Caribbean, the Big Ten Network streams men's basketball and football games that it televises at www.bigtenticket.com. The Big Ten Network does not own the rights to stream games that are televised by ABC, CBS or ESPN.
Does that mean no UCONN, no ND, no Iowa, no PSU and no OSU plus some other games that might get picked up by ABC, CBS or ESPN? I'm sure they also have no rights to stream the ND game on NBC.
