ESPN keeps their schedule up-to-date and also lists BTN airings. The link to the current week is here (LINK), but you can definitely scan ahead by week and see which games BTN has picked up to date. I believe they get second-tier rights after ESPN makes its selections, but I could be wrong there.

ABC has first choice every week. Second choice ususally ESPN, but BTN can jump over them a few times a year. Games of 10/19 already selected. 10/26 games will be selected on the 14th or the 20th. Most weeks are picked 12 days in advance, but the networks have a few times a year they can wait until 6 days.
