Because someone who has had something to drink and has a selfie stick on them might want to take a swing at a douchey opposing fan.

Plus, can you imagine some poor fellow bringing one of those into Section1 aka where DOWN IN FRONT is still in style? Bloody murder.

Smart. I can't believe the U.S. allows drone use. Public shouldn't be allowed to own them for the obvious privacy and security reasons.

You're right, look at all the people I'm spying on right now with my wide angle lens at 300 feet.

Drones aren't the problem. It's idiots with no common sense that are the problem, and they ruin it for the rest of us.

Ah well, I had my fun while it lasted. Might change my Twitter handle to @MGoGrounded

But not sure where you live...but good luck finding someone in the District Attorney's Office in Los Angeles to prosecute someone for shooting down your toy that was flying to low over my private residence. LOL Not only would you be SOL...this attorney would hit you with a lawsuit for violating my right to quiet enjoyment... Your head would spin. Like BlueBarron said...it is people not drones that are the problem. - Ad coelum et ad inferos

You said nothing of "low and slow". The skys are open man, you shoot at airplanes too?

It's not a toy. You have no legal right to shoot it out of the sky. It's already happend and people have been arrested/convicted and payed damages.

People have been prosecuted for pulling guns on angry drone owners who come over and are pissed their expensive toy has been shot down or knocking drones out of the sky in public areas. It is hard enough to get a DA to prosecute a serious criminal cases in LA...drones are not high on their priority unless the owners are interfering with airport traffic....sorry....but well funded attorneys are easily able to sue people for violating their right of quite enjoyment. More importantly, again, sarcasm lost.

Yeah.... ok. The rest of the world think its hysterical how up tight we are about them. Law and regulation here is much tighter.

I had to submitt a +100 page request for exemption from section 333 and register my quad with the FAA as you would any aircraft.

I guess that this is up so folks can comment? Biggest "nothing to do with nothing, and no we're not telling you anything about Fall Camp either" story, the kind that drive us all crazy this time of year because by the time it gets posted it's been in the media all day. But - for all you planning on flying your pet drones in Michigan Stadium. Selfie sticks? NC
