Biblical Texas rain ahead of our opener

Tropical Storm / Hurricane Harvey is forecast to flood south Texas with 2 feet of rain.  There are areas that will receive between 3 and 4 feet of rain.  Dallas should be okay.  I have no idea how this might impact our season opener.  Parts of the state will be in a state of emergency.
