Any breaking news on Tate?
I was listening to 97.1 on my way home from work today and Valenti kept mentioning news regarding Tate Forcier and a post by his father on his website (www.qbforce.com)
He said they would get to it tomorrow because people wanted to talk about Ernie and the Wings, but when I got home and perused the site, I couldn't find anything of interest. Usually these guys are so far behind (and ass-backwards) on relevant news regarding Michigan, and I figure Brian would have mentioned it already if it was important. I couldn't find anything on the mgoBoard as well, I'm just assuming this is the typical Michigan non-story that Valenti and Foster will try to make into a scandal.
Anyone else hear about this?
Maybe they were talking about all those articles on Forcier's website about Denard/Devin passing him on the depth chart...
That being said, TomVH said in a post the other day that he thought there would be "a lot of news in the near future" or something like that. I'm starting to think that something negative is brewing... Hopefully I'm wrong.
I'm with you on that, I did take a look at those articles on his self-proclaimed wall of shame, I figure it has to be more than that. I guess we will see what they say tomorrow.
Has to be about that. They changed the page from the Wall of Shame to "Mistakes, Pain, Shame and Critics"
The headings on the site were changed. What was "Wall of Shame" is now "Mistakes, Pain, Shame & Critics." Maybe to try to avoid potential controversy?
He just ate at Taco bell and he is full. No word yet on if Tate and Denise are an item yet.....
Is it true that Forcier's Dad runs that site? I have a hard time believing that when the bottom of the "Hall of Shame" page includes a photoshopped image from MyFirstSexTeacher.com. It seems that way. I guess he's just a Naughty America fan and really, who can fault him for that.
I've always been more a BangBros man myself.
+1 to you for that one sir. I had to play it off and act like I was laughing at something else when my wife wanted to know what was so funny.
On Valenti's facebook page, he posted a link to qbforce.com with a caption saying "Nice parenting...WTF? His dad posts this?"
Apparently Valenti just wants to rip on the Forcier family. Some advice for the future, never listen to him on anything regarding Michigan sports. He has openly stated he just says things to piss off Michigan fans to drive up his ratings. The only reasons I listen is because its the only sports talk radio station I get, and I don't think he does a terrible job on the other Detroit sports teams.
Has anybody read the stuff in that Mistakes, blah blah blah section? I read this story and my head just about exploded. It's one of the worst things ever pecked onto a keyboard:

FYI, this is from November 2009. This is not whatever news people are talking about.
I just looked at the qbforce site for the first time, and it's creepy. Not a fan.
Generally the website is pretty creepy, but there are some interesting parts. I thought it was pretty cool to see all the scanned offer letters.
end of discussion.....
Cosign. The last thing we need around here is drama within the team.
Sometimes the internet makes it way too easy to communicate with the outside world.
When people post SCANDAL on here, if it puts Michigan in a bad light, you can bet you'll be hearing it on the radio again. You all do their leg work for them!
Is that Tate is starting to remind me of Emilio Estevez's character in The Breakfast Club. A kid so under pressure from his father - more than anyone else, really - that anything less than utter (even unachievable) perfection is not only unacceptable, but unforgiveable.
And I always thought my dad took a hard line with me. Wow.
he didn't tape Larry Lester's buttcheeks together. That kid has had it bad enough...
well todd marinovich was his qb coach growing up
You know what I got for Christmas this year? It was a banner fuckin' year at the old Bell family. I got a carton of cigarettes. The old man grabbed me and said "Hey. Smoke up Gordie."
