Totally worth it if you ask me. One of the reasons we are having such great early success is that we got in early with the 2013 class. Hoke now has more time to play defense against Urban and the other vultures and start making headway towards 2014. I don't know how much defense he'll actually have to play as all of these kids seem like they're totally buying in and are genuinely excited to be here.

/Sorry if this reads like an over-caffinated 13 year old wrote this but I'm fairly certain that this weekend broke my brain.

It's turning into a rout on the recruiting front. Anyone who says Michigan doesn't have huge offseason momentum now is talking out of their hat. Winning the last three games of the season including a BCS bowl and domination in recruiting.

This doesn't even surprise me. With how this weekend was, it would only make sense for a recruit that was previously leaning toward Michigan or wavering to pull the trigger. Especially offensive skill players (looking at you Ty Isaac and Laquon Treadwell!!).

I'm calling Jaron Dukes, the only one of these 8 (!!) who I wasn't sure would end up blue is Shallman.  Point blank all the commitments have been from guys who have punblicly admitted love for the maize n blue.  This leads me to believe it'll be Dukes.

LTT wasn't that surprising given the situation. A rash of commits and all this huge momentum for Michigan after a nationally televised BBall game, and then the lack of spots. It always seemed LTT loved Michigan and was going to end up Blue; even the new Alabama guy, who is providing great new insight and camraderie in our hatred of Meyer, said he thought as much (and he was adamently stating it would be Michigan earlier today). As soon as 3 OL spots were filled out of a potential 4-5, LTT wasn't taking any chances about missing a spot. Currently we might not be taking another OT but a C, unless Dawson is moved to C and Bosch can play OG.

Really Bosch was the most surpising. Dawson was a little bit, just because he hadn't had an offer and had been in Texas for a while. But it really wasn't surprising to hear LTT accelerate his timetable.
