Any idea what the team hotel is? I'm over at the Grand Bohemian (purely so I can walk to the game).

Is $75 the most expensive Tailgate ticket yet? I think the most I've paid in the past is $50.

This is the first year I'm thinking of going to the bowl, does it make sense to buy through the university or alumni association or better to get from bowl/stubhub?

If you buy from the school, you'll be sitting with Michigan fans -- but you'll pay face value and your seats may not be great. If you buy from StubHub, you can get whatever quality of seats you'd like, but you'll probably be sitting with Florida fans and the cost is likely tied to how excited said Florida fans are about a Citrus Bowl invite. You've got two fanbases who have been through some down years, but both are coming off of disappointing losses in their final game. Then again, you've got two new head coaches, and the game is essentially a home game for Florida. I expect fan interest to be high, so I don't expect that you'll find tickets less than face value leading up to the game, but you never know.
Have a great time in Orlando, and, no matter what, do not forget your sunscreen. Plan to bring it into the stadium and reapply around halftime, or more frequently if you have particularly fair skin. I got a nasty sunburn from one of the Florida bowls. Even if it's not that hot, the Florida sun is merciless. :-)

You're on your own. And, little secret, you may end up not paying through the nose. The Alumni Association packages are always great for doing everything Michigan, but you're paying top dollar for it.

Not sure about hotels, but anyone in the general public can buy tickets from MGoBlue.com starting at 8:30AM on Tuesday. Tickets go on sale tomorrow to students/people with priority points, but any official Michigan tickets remaining will be on sale Tuesday morning (there will likely be some!).
ALSO!
You can buy tickets from the Citrus bowl here: http://www.ticketmaster.com/buffalo-wild-wings-citrus-bowl-michigan-orl…;
Sections 230 and 231 are probably your best bet (good value/not very expensive and they are on the Michigan side of the stadium!).
