LOL WUT?
ISIS-style?
ISIS are terrorists. They evoke terror.
If I walk in on my grandma getting out of the shower can I also claim it to be ISIS-style?

In this situation, there is no rivalry. We are one against such lunacy and hate. Thoughts and prayers to OSU family.

This knifing and vehicle attack occurred right outside of the Chemical Engineering building where I took the majority of my classes at OSU. My good friend is a Professor in that building and his wife just told me the shooting occurred right outside his office window. Doesn't get any closer to home than that.
Prayers to the victims. Hope you all have a full recovery.

Wasn't really a shooting though. The police shot the suspect, but the suspect used a car and knife to attack innocent bystanders.

confronted the attacker, and then ended the threat by shooting him. This could have been an even worse situation without such quick and decisive action. I think that deserves praise.
Cops have gotten so much shit in the media for doing a dangerous and often thankless job. I'm just stating my opinion to thank them for doing a great job here.

My praise to cops and this one in particular was not in direct response to any other post (usually a response is indented right below the post it is responding to).
Where did I mention anything about Somalia? I purposely did NOT mention anything about this fact before, since I don't want a political conversation to detract from my compliment to those who serve to protect.

Cops don't get shit for doing their job. They get shit for being overly agressive or even breaking the law, as they should.

Kudos to all those who risk their lives to keep us save.
