ACC-BIG TEN Challenge destination for U of M
We get to go on the road against Clemson. It has all the match-ups as well.
If it was at Wake Forest I would've been there...oh well.
No more "I am down with OPP" shirts at Clemson...that is not good
FYI: OPP = Oliver Pernell Posse
I wouldn't be able to go, but Clemson is only two hours from me, so I will probably be at this game. Don't worry, I'll cheer enough for the both of us. Although i guess it might be a bad omen that UM basketball is 0-3 in the games i've seen them play in person... I hear the 4th time is the charm., though.
Win, lose or draw (yeah, I know you can't technically have a draw)!!!
A rematch of the first round of the NCAA's in 2008! Compelling match up for TV. Let's see what they got.
A Young team vs a team with a new coach. Not expecting a win in our first true road game of the season, but should be very interesting none the less.
Damn it. Both my non-NIT-making teams, on the road, against tournament teams. Crappy matchups.
Ours is not going to be a very good basketball team... Expecting a L here.
Nice
Bring it on! Just give me sport.
I think that maybe we should wait just a little bit before we start checking the loss colum
since my distant cousin that I have never met played there back in the day

... that's quite a tag line you have at the end of your post.
Especially for a site whose readership is about 99% male...
... I'm just sayin'.
99% male but some of us have man boobs.
It's my motto on life. I pretty much tell people what I think and if they don't like it, they have a choice to make.
Until Oliver Purnell is not their coach, Clemson will always be prone to earth-shattering brain farts, and as far as I'm concerned, any (non-patsy) team has a chance against them.
I guess this is the year the "earth-shattering Brain farts" end, or move to the Windy City at least, cuz Oliver Purnell coaches DePaul now.
Swing and a miss on my part. Jeez.
Considering how terrible DePaul has been lately, I don't think we'll get to see any for at least a few years. Oliver's problem never was getting talent to Clemson; his problem was getting his teams to not play like they just learned the game when it came to pressure situations.
