My work was busy whitelisting different websites, and MGoBlog wasn't one of them (Blocked).

Since my cell service sucks in my building, I was locked down. :(

Thankfully, after an executive complained that some of his "special sites" weren't whitelisted - they backed way off and it was accessible today.

The power of the executive and his desire to see p0rn.

Wasn't he at one of our Satellite camps in Mississippi? He was looking at us, OSU and the Mississippi schools and the thinking at the time was we were behind all of them and had a much better chance of flipping Stephen Carr from USC.

Doesn't matter how little chance we have. No one, including the kids and their famlies have any idea where they're going until they set foot on campus. Anything can happen after a visit.

With all of these new visits could we make a huge push to the top?  What do you guys think, are these kids just looking for a really cool memory or are they truly interested in the greatest school/program out there?!

Visits are one thing - LOI are another.

The good news to me is he's visiting 11-19.  We will only ever play one week later than that at home every other year so if he can stomach the weather of Michigan in late November I think we've got a shot.

Yeah in ever got that cold weather thing. If a kid is a top talent presumably they have the NFL in mind. What happens if they get drafted by Chicago or Green Bay or Buffalo? At some point you might want to develop that experience. Plus college is about broadening horizons. Even if a kid winds up moving back home to warm weather, at least they can say they spent a few years in another part of the country & know what it's like.

Heck with drafted, even if they were drafted by San Diego or Dallas, do they think they'd never have to play a playoff game or a late season game with something riding on the line in New England, New York, Green Bay, Seattle, etc? It's such a silly argument for kids looking to make the next level.
