#4 Washington - #1 Bama Open Thread

Figured I start one for this game. Rooting for Washington and Clemson today, but obviously will probably be disappointed.

A'Shawn Robinson has been a good pick up this year. I think any of their front seven would be safe picks in the next draft.

Don't see Washington or OSU able to do much versus this defense. Clemson perhaps.

It's unfortunate because out of the 4, Washington is the only one that I would be cool with winning a title. Since this probably won't be that close, I'll have to root to Bama and I guess Clemson to win. This has been a shitty college football season with how things have ended.

The competitive nature in most of us wanted to make the playoffs and have a chance at Alabama. Though it was probably for the best that match up didn't occur. Alabama would've most likely embarrassed us and showed recruits how far we were behind Alabama. MSU fans would've also had their comeback ammunition, since some of us still tease them about their bad loss to Alabama.

I was at the bar and a couple people I know that are from Michigan are cheering on Alabama. How can anyone be an Alabama fan from Michigan unless they have ties there?

I don't think UW is doing too bad. They've given 10 points to Bama. That will probably be enough to win it. Bama will just lean on UW.

I get your point, but we actually would've still had to win the Big 10 Championship game. The way our offense was playing and Speight being hurt, we weren't guaranteed to do well against a tough Wisconsin defense. I like to think we would've won, but we were having offensive issues.
