It's just you.

Michigan has had home-and-home series with them the past several years. This is the first year they won't have them home in awhile. It will be the last too, since the B1G schedule will feature a home-and-home series with every team, every year.

I think it's just the fact that Ohio is almost never good in hockey so the games are never that big of a deal. MSU. Miami, and ND are almost always bigger opponents and I'd say even the Western series are normally more exciting than the ones against Ohio

I don't know which games yet, because of my training schedule with the fire department. I'm hoping I can make it out for the MSU series at home.

Ugh....I am getting so sick of all of the away games to close the season. The B1G hockey conference cannot come soon enough as far as I am concerned (at least Piotroski will head up the officials in the B1G).

1. Non-conference hockey scheduling is almost worse than non-conference football scheduling

2. Talk about life on the road in the 2nd half. Like someone said above, ONE non-spring break home games between Jan 12 and the CCHA playoffs. That's nuts

RIT is no team to scoff at. They will be a nice test to open up the season against.

The first half of the schedule looks great-

But the back half? Really? Fuck the CCHA. All I can say is, once this season is over everyone of the people working for them will be unemployed.

B1G is waiting.

I'm expecting a CCHA Playoff Championship this season and a run to the Frozen Four. If Michigan makes the tournament (I think they will), they will be automatically put in the West Regional in Grand Rapids- they are the host. So Michigan will have home ice advantage in a sense.

Can't wait for this season. Especially can't wait to see who will be the new starting goaltender.

GO BLUE!
