and one more thing...

we've recently acquired the ability to record the 'backhaul' feed of games; the original, untouched stream that networks send to their satellites for distribution. The quality is phenomenal, compared to the compressed crap your ISP pushes through.

Here is a sample clip of our first touchdown against Penn State. It's a little over 1GB in size - http://mgovideo.s3.amazonaws.com/sample.ts

if you could, please let me know how it plays back on your computer with VLC installed (Google VLCif you aren't familiar with the free software player). Also if you could include your computer's hardware specifications, if you know them, that would be helpful.

enjoy. hopefully I will have a chance to do a 38Mbit release for a game (other than Purdue) this season.

Currently downloading. By "sample clip of our first touchdown" do you mean just the single play is 1.5GB? If so, a game would be something on the order of hundreds of GBs? Good heavens.

Plays great in VLC and Windows Media Player.  Doesn't look as good in MPC but that may be a setting I have to change.

Pretty amazing looking.  I remember getting one of these last year for a whole game - I think it was around 18GB.
