2009 Student Football Shirts
Has anyone seen how atrocious this is? And is there any way to change it?

Blogspot was the only way I could figure out how to host the image. The image is small because the only place I could find it during the student ticket checkout on mgoblue.com.
Thoughts?

The students usually get to vote on the season shirt design sometime later in the Winter semester. Unless RR changed that. This could just be one of the options.

Fucking terrible.
The pledge is stupid. Here's what I think of pledges: http://www.webmd.com/parenting/news/20081229/virginity-pledge-doesnt-st…
Pledging not to boo will not stop booing.

As soon as I saw the shirt, I showed it to all of my housemates and they all were disgusted with it. I don't think any of us are going to buy it.
And it is the shirt according to:

Not good either that the shirt has a typo on the back, isn't Ohio State 11-21 not 10-21.

The Pledge is one of the stupidest pieces of marketing pap I've ever seen come out of the Athletic Department. And that's saying a LOT.

I think it is better then the blue shirt failure and better than the shirts that the frats and sororities make which are usually poor attempts at humor while trying to brag about partying and drinking.
At least a student designed that blue shirt, which was a pretty decent shirt aside from the blueness.
I know for a fact Adidas trumped the would-be student design last year. It's fair to say the days of students designing the shirt are long gone.
The student designed a maize shirt, the university after the fact made it blue.
I appreciate that this is yet another marketing opportunity and almost certainly part of what adidas was thinking of when it inked M to the deal, but you can slap three stripes on anything. The student designs significantly added to the personal value of the shirt, especially when worn in uniform game after game with the rest of the student body. Which, of course, was the whole point in the first place. And how does this policy mesh with keeping advertisement out of the Big House?
Ha, they better FIX the OSU date first. 10/21 = fail.
they better fix the whole shirt... it hurts to know that they wont...
I love this shirt...I think everyone will buy in and make a concerted effort to go ALL IN FOR MICHIGAN!
Can you get those at Walmart?
I'm not a student anymore - if I was, I would not buy that shirt. Send a message, leave this marketing drivel on the shelf, and wear your favorite shirt from a previous season. Between this and the prospect of piped in music at the Big House, is anyone else starting to miss Michigan tradition?
