2 UGA 247 writers (and Steve Wiltfong) CB Nico to UM

Coming off his official to UGA. Looks promising.

Edit: National writer Steve Wiltfong just did as well. His quote:

"Just did but wanted to ask a Michigan source first. The Intel definitely points to Ann Arbor."

Then my face turned into your avatar.  I guess I haven't fully moved on yet.

That said, this offense is going to be ridiculous.  I don't think I've ever seen a WR haul like this.  Closest is when Toomer and Hayes were in the same recruiting class.  Those two, plus Derrick Alexander, were fun to watch.

I prefer Oliver Martin. Obviously both would be great, but 5 top-end wide receivers in one class? Don't let his three star rating fool you, Hawkins is the real deal.

Lol what returners are you speaking of?

Grant Perry who's suspended and probably kicked off the team? Moe Ways who has 5 career receptions? Drake Harris with a whopping 8 career receptions? Eddie McDoom (was awesome as a true freshman runner don't get me wrong), who only caught 5 passes?

I get your point that they already know the playbook, but I don't think they offer anymore upside than these recruits.

I guess I'll agree to disagree. I just don't have a lot of confidence to say the returners have proven anything.

It seems that Pep Hamilton will be installing a lot more spread look to mask these deficiencies, so they will all be learning new plays simultaneously and I wouldn't be suprised if freshman get more playing time. Who knows though.

This may be just me - but I kinda doubt it - but I'm "more interested" in DPJ than any WR currently on the roster. And that's not even considering he's coming from our most important pipeline school.
He's by far the highest upside WR we've ever had on the team since the ratings game began. He's ranked similarly to players like Julio Jones coming out of HS. I'll give him a shot!
And the rest of the WR recruits in the class may be potential stars too. Not taking away from those already on the roster, but this class has a whole next level type of potential.
