Loved the shot of Mike Murray, whose son was later a walk-on kicker at U-M.

1985 was the second year that M used a computer to compile the in-game individual and team stats.  Initially, the stats were compiled on the computer while the play-by-play was typed separately.  Nowadays, the play-by-play is also generated via computer.  This season will be Jim Meyer's 34th as the head of computer stats!

us kids don't know what using a typewriter is like, so you figured you'd throw in something called a "mimeograph" and see if we would buy it.  Nice try.
