Stats are down, but Roundtree isn't: 'My time will come'

"The stats don't really mean anything to me," Roundtree said Wednesday before practice. "As long as I can go out there and block and help the team out. I'm a team player. I know my time will come."

The kid has a great attitude and is a great example of a senior leader. Good for you Roy and your time will come at a key moment and I have no doubt you will make the most of it.

The only people worried about this seem to be the media. Hoke isn't, Borges isn't, Roy isn't. Great kid, great attitude and he's stepping up as a leader. I'm sure the young kids look up to him quite a bit. He looks stronger and faster than last year and his routes look crisp. When people start shading coverage over to Gardner, Roy's going to get a lot of opportunities.

When it's time for tree to make a big play or plays we know he will just like every great player does but i'm glad that he's still being a team player and showing the younger guys the ropes of leadership.
