Let me quote the seminal band Flipper:

And I said

HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA

HO-HO-HO-HO-HO-HO-HO

HE-HE-HE-HE-HE-HE-HE

HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA

It's Great to Be A Michigan Wolverine!!!  Worth noting, since I got accepted to Michigan we haven't lost to MSU in basketball or football.  At this rate the next four years will be awesome.

Michigan is simply the better team. If we played State again, I would expect M to come out victorious again.

Don't know about Izzo, but I a damn proud of those spartans today.

Belien just said Morris and Douglass got sick yesterday and played under the weather.

44 for freshman Hardaway, Morgan, and Smot. Throw in 13 for soph Morris and the future looks bright.

I think Vogrich's all around game gets better every time I see him, I think he could take a big step up next season.

last week, saying that he could care less about his basketball team since they are a folding tent. Expect a persona non grata glaze over if he shows up.

Oh- and a juicy tweet from MSU AD Hollis, suggesting that if he had a choice between a great program and a great season, he'd take the program. #Spartan Pride

What a jackbag... I guess being punched around for forty years on the football field didn't teach Sparty anything about what a program really is... and to have their pride and joy program swept by Big Brother on the hardcourt? Nice swipe... and a quick backpedal about not offending anyone with that tweet...

Blue is back, baby.

"There's five or 10 seconds left on the clock. A team normally, they're going to hold it out. He went all the way in and scored the layup," Lucas said. "But it's all good. We're just gonna try to see them again in the Big Ten tournament.

"I'll definitely remember that. I know Coach Izzo will remember that and the whole team will remember that."

IF Mich makes the tournament, does Coach Beilein get coach of the year consideration???  Great coach.  I hope we keep him around for a little bit /s.  GO BLUE

is how to beat Iowa, seeing as how that's the only team they're likely to face in the tournament that they've beaten this season.

Split with Iowa, swept by Purdue, and 0-3 combined against Michigan and Ohio State* ... Sparty should probably focus on the game directly in front of them. The weakness of the bubble will probably keep them in, but it's no longer a guarantee ... and losing to Iowa will probably hurt their seed like it hurt Purdue's seed.

*OSU will crush Northwestern/Minnesota (as much as I'd like to see it otherwise). I doubt Illinois can beat both Michigan and Ohio State.
