Anyone watching Oregon-USC?

I don't know what's uglier--the basketball or the court. It's also really hard to see the lines on TV.

It looks like shit on my TV, but that could be due to the SD feed on my high-def screen.

On second thought, nope, I think it looks shit on its own.

Wow this would take some getting used to.  My eyes immediately go to the light part in the middle and makes it seem like the court is really narrow.  So distracting.

It's the execution. The color contrast is too much. And yet at the same time, the dark parts aren't dark enough. Everything needs to be darker. It looked a lot better in the mockup than the final product.

I can see what appears to be a transparent/translucent stripe at the midline, as well as a tip circle embedded in the "O," but I have a pretty decent sized tv (50 in.). And it isn't easy to see- you have to look for the light reflecting off of it. I imagine the refs can see it, though. If you put, say, scotch tape down on your wood floor in your house, or clear packing tape, you could see it.

It is still better than watching at football game at Boise State or Eastern Washington...

I have been telling my friends lately that I wouldn't be surprised for Oregon to win a national title in basketball in the next 10 years. Phil Knight has done a lot to put Oregon in the national spotlight from the highlighter yellow socks or this. To be completely honest,  I'd be looking at Oregon at a second option behind Michigan right about now.
