Are you from br?
January 10th, 2011 at 8:34 PM ^
Yes he are.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:25 PM ^
You have to be fucking kidding me. It was posted on Tiger Droppings for gods sake!!!
January 10th, 2011 at 8:25 PM ^
Poaching doesn't infuse enough flavor into the recruits. A well seasoned roasting or pan saute is much preferable.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:30 PM ^
trust me.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:31 PM ^
Though I did hear on the internet that Les Miles eats human flesh. Maybe we should ask him how he preps it.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:37 PM ^
with a bottle of Chianti...nice
January 10th, 2011 at 8:38 PM ^
seasonings like natural herbs and plants, such as bentgrass or bermuda, which he picks himself, naturally.
January 10th, 2011 at 9:12 PM ^
It's a cookbook!!!!!
January 10th, 2011 at 9:25 PM ^
To Serve Man.
One of the all time great Twighlight Zone episodes.
January 10th, 2011 at 9:58 PM ^
There's a big difference between a poached recruit and a seasoned veteran.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:26 PM ^
Tom did a pretty good recap in his diary. His recap is a good start. I am more excited that LM might keep some our commit and get back at some of the others.
January 10th, 2011 at 9:44 PM ^
But you can't deny that LSU has some great recruits.
Ranked in the top ten in both Scout and Rivals.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:30 PM ^
I love Eggs Benedict. I don't care if it's kinda girly.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:32 PM ^
of eggs florentine. Eggs benedict is plenty manly.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:35 PM ^
A whole stick of butter, two egg yolks, lemon juice, s&p on top of eggs, Canadian bacon and English muffins. Only manlier bfast is whiskey and bacon!
January 10th, 2011 at 8:45 PM ^
Les Miles doesn't eat breakfast. That makes "nothing" the manliest breakfast imaginable.
January 10th, 2011 at 10:49 PM ^
When I was in Ireland they poured Guiness in their cereal and drank Guiness for breakfast. I think that's the winner.
January 11th, 2011 at 6:08 AM ^
Given the present Athletic Director, I think we should consider pizza to be a breakfast food, too.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:35 PM ^
That's good to hear. I ordered Eggs Benedict at an out-of-town work function, and all the guys I was with told me how girly it was to order. The hollandaise is so good, albeit terribly unhealthy.
I'll definitely not order the Florentine, thanks for the heads up.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:42 PM ^
that you out-ordered them and were afraid to copy you...what a shame
January 11th, 2011 at 10:33 AM ^
Evaluating other people's food for its masculinity is particularly girly.
(Feel free to substitute "stupid" or "annoying" for "girly." This is a pet peeve of mine. Regardless of whether you're a commie pinko vegan or a meat-eating barbarian, I don't care what you think about what I'm eating. Don't tell me unless I ask.)
January 10th, 2011 at 8:40 PM ^
that's how we roll in New England.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:43 PM ^
If you are ever in AA, Cafe Zola makes a great benedict with a crab cake on top.
January 10th, 2011 at 10:36 PM ^
One of the places I miss most!
January 11th, 2011 at 12:17 AM ^
angelos does as well
January 17th, 2011 at 1:54 PM ^
when I used to live in A2 many moons ago. Tasty, but nothing like big chunks of "lawb-stah" with an eggs benny.
January 10th, 2011 at 10:50 PM ^
Is that you??
January 10th, 2011 at 11:00 PM ^
That sounds AWESOME, I must get up to New England!!!
January 10th, 2011 at 8:42 PM ^
I'm a scrambled eggs type of guy, the I make an exception for Eggs Benedict.
January 11th, 2011 at 8:50 AM ^
Speaking of scrambled next time you make them throw a spoon full of cream cheese in there. Pure magic.....
January 10th, 2011 at 8:43 PM ^
Lester likes huevos rancheros on game day. Brings his own huevos. A pair giant brass ones.
January 10th, 2011 at 10:20 PM ^
It's Leslie, not Lester.
January 10th, 2011 at 9:15 PM ^
is(are) fucking awesome!
January 10th, 2011 at 10:56 PM ^
I concur, but it all depends on the quality of the hollandaise sauce. A bad H-sause and it screws up the whole deal.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:31 PM ^
How's about we find out if he's going to be our coach first.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:35 PM ^
Does LM own a wizard hat? One can only hope...
January 10th, 2011 at 8:36 PM ^
I'm more of a steak and eggs for breakfast guy.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:49 PM ^
homemade corned beef hash (or pot roast hash)...sorry for all the food comments, I was a cook for ten years.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:36 PM ^
I look forward to the day when the announcer says, "...cornerback (fill in name), a redshirt sophomore is making his first start at corner after redshirting as a freshman and seeing spot duty in the secondary last year as a redshirt freshman." Building this team through continued solid recruiting is why it is so is critical to get a big time, established coach in here. I prefer Gruden but I will "settle" for Miles. If he can bring an LSU recruit or two (or three) I am sure they will find a kindred brother in Carvin Johnson waiting for them in Ann Arbor.
January 10th, 2011 at 8:42 PM ^
No way I'm going to look through all the posts earlier to see if this is otherwise up.... but the Dominos plane N220DF is scheduled to leave Baton Rouge any moment....
January 10th, 2011 at 9:26 PM ^
bringing any cajun-style pizzas?
January 10th, 2011 at 11:22 PM ^
Do you think Crazy Jims will add crawdads to the menu as a burger topping?
January 10th, 2011 at 8:43 PM ^
sorry, double post..
January 10th, 2011 at 9:07 PM ^
What the hell does "is their" mean??
January 10th, 2011 at 9:11 PM ^
Les Miles and his maybe one non-LA recruit <<<<< RR and Hart, Crawford, etc.
but you probably already knew that
January 10th, 2011 at 9:32 PM ^
So, what you're saying is you don't think RR should've been fired?
Gosh, I never would've expected that from you based on your previous, I don't know, 70 posts...
January 10th, 2011 at 9:45 PM ^
Man. Just let it go. Rr3*<lm4*
January 10th, 2011 at 9:59 PM ^
The anti-RR crowd put in a solid 3 years of work. My clock has yet to begin counting.
