January 5th, 2011 at 4:41 PM ^

January 5th, 2011 at 4:41 PM ^
At work... A little office scotch...
January 5th, 2011 at 4:42 PM ^
I'm going with rubbing alcohol.
January 5th, 2011 at 4:45 PM ^
Everclear?
January 5th, 2011 at 4:48 PM ^
Johnson and Johnson
January 5th, 2011 at 4:54 PM ^
Whatever works for you.
January 5th, 2011 at 4:55 PM ^
Haha. The perfect thing would be a time machine and/or powerful drug in where I wake up in 2013, after we climb out of the deep hole that has been dug.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:00 PM ^
Perfect timing to see the last season of our next coach!
January 5th, 2011 at 5:07 PM ^
It will be if anyone listens to Woody Paige. He just said the Air Force coach and the coach from Houston...FML
January 5th, 2011 at 7:59 PM ^
i attempted to plus you for the second time, but I liked your reply so much i did it anyway.
January 5th, 2011 at 4:42 PM ^
To when I was 8, I knew my parents were going to split, but I still couldn't bear the thought. At that point I turned to TV and cereal.
Since now I'm all growed up, I'm going with some Jack. And hoping that DB hooks me up with a cool stepmother.
January 5th, 2011 at 7:31 PM ^
The Jack was unopened, so I went with the ol' reliable, scotch. Ah, scotch (Jura -- very nice).
January 5th, 2011 at 4:42 PM ^
Once i get home (I'm on the West Coast), it'll be a bevy of seasonal brews
January 5th, 2011 at 4:43 PM ^

Just think how those guys over at Aztek Mesa feel.
They're confiscating shoelaces and razor blades over there...
January 5th, 2011 at 4:49 PM ^
Lol I love the thread whete they're ripping the free press for shoddy reporting, specifically for saying Hoke runs the spread at SDSU
January 5th, 2011 at 6:32 PM ^
I didn't figure there were any SDSU football message boards.
January 5th, 2011 at 4:44 PM ^
Now that I think about it I have a Leinenkugel's (sp?) variety pack in the fridge along with a Michelob variety pack. I will probably bust into those while watching the UA game and Michigan basketball game tonight.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:10 PM ^
I like the Honey and Sunset Wheat.
January 6th, 2011 at 8:21 AM ^
Sunset Wheat is probably my favorite Leinenkugel's. It tastes like Fruity Pebbles.
January 6th, 2011 at 11:06 AM ^
Haha. Funny you should say that. I got in an arguement with a friend who said the same thing. I told him it tasted like a blueberry bagel. Maybe he has something, but I am sticking with blueberry bagel!
January 5th, 2011 at 4:44 PM ^
I have a case of Zima (last one in the world?) that i've been saving for a special occasion. Today might be that day. I need something divinely foul.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:42 PM ^
Why don't you go run along to WLA
January 5th, 2011 at 4:54 PM ^
I've got the Sam Adams "winter variety mix" 24 pack at home. I'm gonna pour out an Old Fezziwig in RR's honor. Then I'm gonna chill out and not dwell on this fucked up situation for a few hours.
January 5th, 2011 at 4:57 PM ^
That's a good pack too. I do enjoy Old Fezziwig.
January 5th, 2011 at 4:56 PM ^
Yes please!
January 5th, 2011 at 4:58 PM ^
my new best friend... maybe he can play D.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:00 PM ^
I've sunken into a dark corner talking to myself.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:03 PM ^
It's my girlfriend's and my one-year anniversary today. Happy anniversary! Hope you like a simpering wuss on your couch clutching a bottle of Woodford Reserve!
January 5th, 2011 at 5:03 PM ^
Has anyone tried absinthe? I haven't yet but was leaning towards something new this evening.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:18 PM ^
Will ease the pain until the wormwood kicks in.

I'm drinking Duvel and Gumballhead at Paddy Long's in Chicago watching espn fellate the SEC. It's painful, but I've got nothing to do until game theory class at 6. That John Nash is easier to understand under the table.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:03 PM ^
Personally I don't need a reason to drink a good Scotch like Laphroaig or Lagavulin but an extra glass wouldn't hurt today.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:05 PM ^
this situation was badly handled that my body compensated by making its own alcohol.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:05 PM ^
I'll drink some cheap beer. If i had the money I'd buy some good beer, but I don't.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:12 PM ^
I am keeping it in the Michigan football family. Walmart has 2.97 bottles of Pinot Grigio. Super with 3 or 4 large cubes of ice. I think I'll easily knock off the bottle which is normally an achievment way out of my reach.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:18 PM ^
You guys drink some funky chit, what about some good ole Strohs ?
January 5th, 2011 at 5:22 PM ^
No longer the same, now that it's made by Pabst.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:25 PM ^
Luckily Blue Moon just came out with a new seasonal beer. Spring Blonde Wheat Ale. MMM.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:35 PM ^
Cause someone is sure to be scorned

Rich was a good coach, and a good man. He was one of us. He was a man who loved the outdoors... and football, and as a coach he explored the sidelines of the east coast, from Glenville to Clemson and... up to... Morgantown. He died, like so many young men of his generation, he died before his time. In your wisdom, Lord, you took him, as you took so many bright flowering young men at Khe Sanh, at Langdok, at Hill 364. These young men gave their lives. And so would Rich. Rich, who loved football. And so, Richard A. Rodriguez, in accordance with what we think your dying wishes might well have been, we commit your final mortal remains to the bosom of the Big East, which you loved so well. Good night, sweet prince.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:48 PM ^
Damn, I wish I could upvote this. Good play.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:40 PM ^
But I'm putting fresh-squeezed OJ in my Captain Morgan.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:45 PM ^
Drinkin' some Lion Stout....oh yeah, I'm a beer snob, beyotches.
January 5th, 2011 at 5:58 PM ^
5 parts Fleishcmann's whiskey, 1 part Vernors, on the rocks.
January 5th, 2011 at 6:02 PM ^
I'm bout to angerbang some poor girl from the bar. Dave Brandon has influenced me to make bad decisions to forget about his bad decisions. Here's to hoping for a bright future for our beloved wolverines and that DB has an ace up his sleeve.
January 5th, 2011 at 6:08 PM ^
I'll have you all know that I'm sippin' on my Mike's Hard tonight
/no homo?
January 5th, 2011 at 6:21 PM ^
Just woke up .... passed out at 1:00 pm, after hearing the news. Suffice to say I went overboard. BUT WTF BRANDON ..... if we don't get Harbaugh, and we just let Rich Rod go for Brady fuckin Hoke?!?!?!
January 5th, 2011 at 6:27 PM ^
Sitting in my bar here in Plymouth.
I see thatJHackney has come out of hiding. This is a good thing.
January 5th, 2011 at 6:50 PM ^
When it comes to Whiskey, I'll take Maker's Mark. When it comes to beer, nothing is better to me than Belhaven Scottish Ale. It all tastes like Christmas morning!
