as he initially hit the ground.  The ball was an inch or so off his hand, but granted, his hands were under the ball on impact.

If Moe's hands stayed under the ball as he bounced off the ground, then it's possible that he made the catch. But IMO, any angle showing any grazing of the ball with the ground during that initial bounce would IMO constitute an incompletion because Moe did not have control on impact. What does "conclusive" mean? That replay must prove beyond reasonable doubt, or beyond a shadow of a doubt?

You call it on the first two to for sure save time, and then put other team in position that if they throw and drop it, they'll stop the click for you. They just made it so Iowa could throw on 3rd down knowing if they dropped it Missouri could stop the clock anyway, so they couldn't eat the big chunks of time off they could by running it if the Tigers were out of TO's. And selling out on the run when they could either pass or run lost the game.

I am fucking terrible at picking bowl game winners.  I think I have 2 right picks thus far despite picking 55% during the season.  It's a good thing I'm poor and can't actually bet money.

Most of this bowl season has been an epic clusterfuck for those of us with a confidence pool. I mean, seriously, EVERYBODY and their mother had Mizzou. Pretty much everybody had Southern Miss over Louisville.  Most everybody had Toledo over FIU (bad spot!). This has been an exciting and frigging annoying bowl season.
