Big Chill - open thread

We need to have one.  100,000+ to watch a hockey game is kind of a big deal.

10:00 to go in the first period - no score.

Dear God - The rout is on. What a shame!

No doubt the Freep will say something tomorrow like

"Michigan fails to score on every shot in Big Chill"

Or

"Rodriguez fails to bring 115,000 to Big House"

NMU I'm sure would be glad to come down and give U of M a run for their money.  When those two play in Hockey it's the only time I root against Michigan ("root" is such a strong word, though), it's weird.

Our top line can compete with Michigan, but we have absolutely no depth and you can't get away with that in a sport where you're changing lines every 40 seconds.

It is kind of nice that the largest crowd ever attending a hockey game got to see Michigan stomp MSU.  Here's to being on the good side of a rivalry beatdown.  Let's see some more of that next fall please.
