Enough with Kelly ABC!

Submitted by Ziff72 on

Maybe I'm defensive of Rich, but it's bad enough we're forced to watch the USC-ND game instead of Bedlam.    Could they please get off the tip of Kelly's dick?  He has legitimate excuses to why they suck, but enough already.   They got graphics and everything to show me how great a coach he is and why ND blows is not his fault plus the endless blathering of the announcers.

All RR gets is endless snide jokes about the defense with long shots of him seething on the sidelines.

If I could have reached thru the screen and killed Millen when he was laughing about our shanked punt I would have.   Your whole GM career was a shank punt Matt, our kickers in Ann Arbor, because our coach has a little integrity and your laughing at us?  I want to kill you.

Millen is just a nutpunch to all of the Michigan fans out there when he announces our games. Screw ABC.

EDIT: Aaaand, whenever he says something, I just yell "CHARLES ROGERS" to remind myself how much of a buffoon he is and how bad he is at evaluating football in any capacity.

I just had to look and see what game my ABC was showing. The guide lists Ok/OkSt. but instead I have ND/USC. That's almost as bad as tomorrow when I have to suffer through a Rams/Denver game instead of Chicago/Philly.

Been here for 22 years(since I was 6).  And not once did I ever consider rooting for one of the local teams over Michigan. My dad told me he used to buy me OU and OSU gear but I just never liked them.  One of my greatest memories as a kid is every Saturday me and my dad would go to the pub/grille to watch Michigan football.  Most people still respect us as being UofM fans but OU fans are dicks.

My favorite Millen moment was last year before mnf, he was on a rant about the redskin's haynesworth signing.  He said the redskins don't know which players to sign even though it was obvious.

Then he said when the lions needed good player, he drafted them, and to never sign big free agents.  That certainly worked out well for him...

The Notre Dame program is in SERIOUS trouble right now and wins and losses are the least of their problems.   Between the potential civil and potential criminal liability on that poor kids death and now the rape accusation of a yet unnamed player and subsequent suicide of the accuser the off season promises to be ugly in South Bend.

I'll take our 7 wins, our egregious stretching and Gerg any day of the week thank you very much.  I wouldn't want to be in their shoes for anything.

I also noticed the pathetic announcing and camera shots during the game today.  They would show RR's pissed off face on the sidelines after almost every single play.  It was embarassing how much they ripped into the defensive problems.  I don't think the players deserved half of what was said about them during the game.  It just seems to me that the media as a whole is actually enjoying seeing Michigan/ RR not succeeding.

Notre Dame gets in the last swing of the crutch in a cripple fight, and all we are going to hear about is the "Return to Glory".  Expect a book anyday now.
