4-3 good guys, end of 2. I missed the goals that were traded early in the 2nd, but Caparusso scored off a faceoff to make it 4-3.

Pee wee hockey action during intermission, but unfortunately the camera man won't put down his hot dog to follow the puck, so we just get to see neutral zone action.

Or does this team have trouble keeping leads away from home? It was the same story with New Hampshire. Penalties were big tonight too. It seemed to kill us last year, particularly in the regional final against Miami. It's been an ongoing concern for me. The last couple homestands, it didn't seem to be a problem. Tonight, it happened again.

I'm not sure if anyone will come back to read this again, but I was at a family function all night, without my computer and obviously the game wasn't on tv. This was the only place I could get updates, by checking the site on my phone. You guys rock.

It would be a lot nicer if they'd actually show our team on tv once in a freakin' while, but this definitely made up for it. Thanks a lot, guys. Gonna +1 everyone.

Commenting on the game, it sounds like it was a total disappointment. A typical Friday for us, no 'puck luck' (according to the Daily, a phrase coined by Red... better tell my pee wee hockey coach that, cause I think that phrase has been around in hockey since the Original Six were babies, but I digress), some bad calls, some unlucky misses, some capitalization by the other team on our penalties.

However, there is one thing about our typical Friday game that it wasn't: a loss. And thus, I am not as disappointed as I could be. We pulled out without a Friday loss against a damn good (Google says #16) Wisconsin team. It's a step in the right direction. Though we blew the lead, at least we didn't blow it into a loss, and at least it wasn't to a crappy no-name cupcake (Mercyhurst). Now let's come out on Sunday (on tv, thank jeebus) and get a win so we can at least technically not split a weekend against actual competition.

Now, 11h, 32m til kickoff. Let's Go Blue.

I was at the game in Madison tonight !

6 rows from the Michigan bench !

Not alot of Michigan fans near the bench, but id say i saw about 100 or so within the crowd !

Very Intense game !

WCHA refs hooked up the power plays at key moments for the Badgers !

This is a game we gave away !

we were up 2-0 and 3-2, and 4-3

Hunswick made some great saves ! Kept them in this one !

We had one horrible line change which resulted in a wisconsin goal, 4 of our guys were near the bench and wisconsin made a long pass to a wide open guy !

The power Play Killing was not too good !

6 minutes of power play in a row didn't help either in trying to defend it.

This is a game that should of been won by us, but then again, a 4-4 tie at Wisconsin with a days rest before facing Minnesota, we get the win sunday in Minnesota and a 1-0-1 weekend is solid !
