The only "weakness" I am feeling right now is one in my stomach from yet another "let's find another way to bitch about RR" post.  Are vomit bags optional or required?

Let RR coach. It's ridiculous how many people and the media want to bash him. Let the guy coach and do his job.

In 3 years we have yet to beat a team that ended up ranked in the top 25. We beat ND (twice) and Wisconsin which were ranked at the time but were mediocre teams that proved to be overrated at the beginning of the year (and obviously unranked at the end).

Let the offense do what is does. That doesn't need dicked with. Defense has been a problem, but I'll wait until after OSU to say anything. I'm really pulling for the all the players and staff on defense to give it their all this weekend.

However, I have been less than impressed by his hiring of the coaching staff. Really I look at two spots in particular. The first being Campbell, who is coaching the all-time reception and yards leader at Iowa (DJK) in addition to converting a QB his sophomore year (McNutt) into a weapon and potentially their best NFL prospect at receiver. The second would be Vance Bedford who was good enough to coach at Florida and now is the DC with Charlie Strong at UL. You combine that will the DC disasters plus Hopson and it makes you wonder.
