Possibly because I'm semi-drunk after a party...."irregardless" is NOT a word.  Some comedian (whose name excapes me right now in this state) made that word up in the 1900s (ealry 1900s) to make fun of dumb people.

RR is not dumb.  If anyone is dumb right now, it's me.  Still, had to point that out.  Hope no errors, cause I shan't check them until tomorrow.

C'mon, I hate it when people point out stupid stuff like this. You knew what he meant, didn't you? Yeah, it's not a "real" word, but it's obviously not a problem if you know what he means without any confusion. It seems like when people nitpick grammar and language, they're really just being classist. Who gives a fuck if he says "irregardless" all the time? Old habits die hard.

Irregardless originated in dialectal American speech in the early 20th century. Its fairly widespread use in speech called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that there is no such word. There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose. Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance. Use regardless instead.

It appears you were correct about the comedian shit though. Not too shabby, for a drunk.

lol RR's kid is awesome, talking about how he loves to hit ppl and whatnot!!  And also mentioning how he'll play whatever position the coaches want him to.  I half expected him to talk about having a hard edge, and being all in.  He's a chip off the old block.

I love watching the background info for the radio broadcast- hearing Beckmann is one thing but watching him make the calls during the game was great

The two best parts

1) Racquel talking about spending time with the family, then they zoom in on her texting.

2) RR telling his son that he needs to run as a QB

They are for a helmet cam. At the beginning of the season they were talking about this on the show, how they use it as a coaching tool for the quarterbacks to see where they are looking during the play. They also attached it to the helmet of one of the real tall guys on the team when he ran out onto the field, in the huddle, on the sidelines, etc.

The RR family segment was great.  You dont often think of the sacrifces the family makes during the season.  Rhett was so pumped to have his dad there.  And that kid is a MANster on the field.
