It would be interesting to see if they had a third team.

Its all speculative, but i can't argue witht he QBs either. Keep in mind none of us expected to see DROB to even be as high on the list as he is.

And not just that - Wiscy has 4 players total on both lists, including a couple of offensive linemen.  I know that they upset OSU, but this was the same running unit that was somewhat-maligned for close wins/losses to ASU and MSU not too long ago.

Just kind of a weird list.  Can't take immense issue with too many choices, but mostly because after 6-7 games (and the bulk of those against weak OOC competition), it is difficult to figure out who is legitimately good and who is simply the beneficiary of a favorable schedule.  For example, I think Cam Newton is a good QB, but he hasn't faced an above-average outside of Miss St. team, in which he was held to 136 yds passing (2TD/1INT) and 70 yds rushing on 18 carries.  So yeah, he lit up some bad defenses, but calling him the 2nd best QB in the country based on incomplete evidence is an exercise in hyperbole.

Michigan is averaging over 280 yards a game on the ground, they have a top 5 offense, and they have allowed only three sacks.  And not one O-lineman gets even honorable mention?

Look at the lack of any OSU players as well.  Does this say something about them in the eyes of the national media?  Think so.  At least the idea of another team even if it is MSU winning the Big Ten this last year beats OSU winning it again.
