Hart Loves Auburn Visit

Submitted by spacemanspiff231 on

There's an article on Rivals that goes over Hart's visit to Auburn.  Apparently he absolutely loved it and says it was a 9 out of 10.  The only thing that could've made it a ten, according to him, is if he would've committed.  Some things he cited as being so great is the joy and enthusiasm of the fans, the players and how those are representative of SEC football.  He's now done taking visits and says his decision could come at any time...

My main thing is we got him out of there without committing, You KNOW we are always in great shape with Ricardo and the interest of Patti and HaHa. Would you expect Dee to say, " No I hated the visit, it sucked, I'm going to Michigan?" He usually says that about Michigan too and hopefully he'll pull the string vs MSU or Iowa.  With Dyer at Auburn (Promising Future) I would think were in good shape. And at Alabama you can't really count on Saban being there forever. If he gets a better offer, he's going.

Is Plan B Nealy? Not saying it's over with Hart by any means but I just don't hear too many names at RB other than him or Rawls. There's still work to be done on the academic side with Rawls so hoping some other players have caught their eye.

If he goes to Auburn, then good luck.  Personally, I think he is just talking up wherever he just visited for the reporter.  Everything he said he loved about Auburn are the same qualities he noticed at UM.  That's what kids say when they are confronted with a microphone and a reporter.  I still expect him to sign at UM once it is clear that RR will be around.

I think we will land Dee Hart in the end, but if not, I think Hayes.  Why Hayes? Because I think if Hart doesn't committ, yet we're winning, that Hayes would de-committ from ND, based on some tidbits from Sam Webb, and ND now 1-2.

I'm sure any recruit would love a close call night game. Those are the best atmospheres: think UM/PSU when Manningham caught that slant from Henne to win. The stadium was going insane! I have no doubt he's not lying about being very interested in Auburn, it's a great football school and atmosphere!

However, having said all that, I think he would be a great fit here, especially because, let's face it, we don't have a clear home run hitter in the backfield today. Shaw shows signs of greatness, but IMO lacks the consistency. Let's hope Hart lands in AA.
