V-8 and protein shake (not mixed) as I hit the treadmill for the first half, Jack and Coke for the second half. I am awaiting the MSU/ND game to continue my Jack and Coke some more.
p.s. The Jack and Coke were mixed, not...uh in different states of matter, if you know what I mean...
