What Do You Do To Celebrate a Michigan Win?

Submitted by UMAmaizinBlue on

I personally wait until the Michigan Daily comes out with Sports Monday, then clip out all amazing pictures from the win and place them on my door along with the game ticket (if attended).

I then save all online photos from the Daily and the Ann Arbor News to my computer and use them as screensavers and wallpapers for the week.

What about you? How do you personally celebrate a Michigan football victory?

Turn off the TV, pour a two-year-old bottle conditioned Bell's Cherry Stout into a brandy glass, drink, and smile...because we won, i managed to avoid several heart-attacks, and I can enjoy the highlights from the win the rest of the day.

Well..... after I put down the knife I was going to use to cut my wrists after that horseshit late hit call, I grab me a six pack of my favorite microbrew, Arcadia Jawjacker, and watched the game again on DVR!

and the two cupcakes for weeks 3 & 4, I sleep like a baby.  Two weeks without major heart palpitations while watching Michigan football will be a welcome change of pace.

In addition to sleeping well, more drinking and game playing.

I always DVR the game so regardless of whether we win or lose I go back and break down the film and do my own little UFR.  After re-watching the ND game the player that graded out the highest for me aside from Denard was Roy Roundtree.  Kid had clutch blocks, clutch receptions and a huge early TD, not to mention his reception that set us up to put the game away. The offensive line wasn't too shabby either.  Great to be a Wolverine!

I enjoy a bottle of russian imperial stout I brewed 4 years ago and save for times like these.  After the last 2 years, I still have a bit of a stock in the cellar, hope it see it dwindle this year!
