Fitz Doubtful for UConn

Submitted by BKFinest on

As per RR. Look for lots of Mike Shaw & Vincent. Guess Fitz will unleash his fury later in the season and destroy beat up defenses.

My actual dream last night:

Vincent Smith tore huge gashes on UConn every time he touched the ball.  I screamed "suck on that, Magnus!" from the sidelines, and BlockM (shaped as the giant-insect monster in his avatar) raised his tenticles to the sky in agreement.

So I think we'll be okay.  Or I spend way too much time on MGoBlog.

...because not only did M lose, but we were shutout.  final score of 19-0.  tate forcier had a broken hand and couldn't throw and for some unseen reason he was left in to  play the entire game.  massively depressing.

thankfully dreams don't make any sense and are stupid because this cannot possibly happen, right?

We blasted UConn with mid and deep passes, and ran the ball well up the middle. Final score was something like 47-19. Tate Forcier started and there wasn't a murmur of Denard. I found this strange during the dream and tried to find out why Denard wasn't starting or even playing. I've come to feel that Denard will be the starter on Saturday, so this aspect of my dream was the most odd.

I hope he back for the ND games as they previously thought he would. I hope he has better luck with his health than Minor did. I hate to see kids bust their butt and get hurt and not play to their full potential. Here's to a speedy recovery.

That sucks, but don't we have like 6000 backs?  According to Jackson, they are like the spawn of Adrian Peterson, Jerome Bettis, and Usain Bolt.

I think we're set...

This is the only reason why I am bummed that Shavodrick Beaver didn't join the team.  It would be worth the scholarship just to hear one of the commentators say "Cox plows into Beaver from behind" one time.  Then again, I have the maturity level of a 9 year old.

- I expect great things from him.  He was my original prediction as our top producing RB this year, and it hasn't changed.  I feel good that we have depth though.  GO BLUE!!!!
