Uconn game Attendence

Submitted by BJ0017 on

So im curious as to what my fellow MGOBLOGGERS think the attendence will be for the game saturday. Ill be there with my pops sitting in section 10 the same place i sat for the WMU game last year. But with the the new capacity set at 109,901 im expecting the all time big house attendance record to be broken (112,118). Maybe, 113,000? I guess were all going to have to wait until the 3rd quarter as usual to find out. Either way lets make UConn go potty in their pants with some noise.

i will go with 112,457

with probably the MSU and Iowa (Homecoming) games being the only ones that top 113,000. (This is assuming they don't sell or fill up the un-sold suite and club seats).

112,366.  Hopefully every single one of them screaming their heads off.  Well except for the win and cheese fans who likely will have their sudoku puzzles ready to rock.

I am a little torn since I was at the '03 game vs Ohio State for the 100th matchup and that just seems like the perfect game to have the record (not to mention actually beating OSU), but I guess for most records its only a matter of time until they are broken. 113,566

attendance at big games was 111,555 - Now that the staduim has added 3,000 seats it should be 114,555 at capacity. Since there are suites that will be vacant, I will put my guess in at 113,955.  I will also be there with my brother in law who has never been to a live college football game. I love taking newbies to the best staduim in the world. Everywhere else pales in compairison.

wasn't the capcity last year at like 106,000? or something?  And we fit like 109, or 110 in there?  If thats the case, we should be close to 115,000 i would think

Record attendance = 112, 118

Official Capacity = 107, 501

Difference = 4,617

Current Official Capacity = 109,901

Should be more space for non ticket holders with the new press box and premium seating so let's say a potential 5,600 non-ticket holders

109,901 + 5,600 = 115,501

At the game farted at the same time, what a great stench that would be!

Of course, if everyone who SAYS they'll be there actually would be there, that would make for an attendacne of about 4 million.
