CFN Prediction: UConn 23 Michigan 21

So apparently CFN thinks this is going to be a relatively low scoring affair despite the fact that RR scored 179 (roughly 45 a game) points in 4 meetings against Edsall at WVU.

CFN is basically a useless site, but I figured I'd add this as fuel to the fire. If the score does end up in the low 20s, I guess it does not bode well for Michigan. However, it would mean that both of these young defenses would have to play really well. That seems doubtful.

Edit: Doubtful that BOTH defenses play well. Not that the Michigan D holds UConn to 23 points, because I think that is actually quite possible.

None of these guys have a clue as to what is going to happen.  Expect the unexpected and you won't be surprised.  This particular prediction seems particularly inane.

Just shows how little knowledge and effor these sites put into predictions.  No way we are only scoring 21....not a chance.  Great job CFN, try again for something legit vs. ND.

I think the point of CFN is to be wrong. It's all an inside joke.

Also, I predict that Mike Martin will rip 5 heads off, have two quarterback leg severs, and three impalings for a loss. While being triple teamed. He will also kiss five babies.

Also Roh will have eight nuclear fusion instances, will strip the arms from the ballcarriers and take them to the house four times, and record one quarterback funeral. His eyebrows will be in full force.

Marvin Robinson will be OMG SHIRTLESS! He will try to wear his jersey, however it will be repelled from his body by his 32-pack abs. He will bore Marvin Robinson-shaped holes through eight receivers that crossed over the middle.

Michigan wins 62-1 (UConn was given "one to grow on" by Rich Rod)

Michigan 14, UConn 7 in a defensively driven affair. Sometimes games just turn into slugfests no matter what you might expect. The Huskies make it to the endzone a single time.....Michigan scores 2 field goals in the 1st half, and a touchdown in the 4th quarter along with a 2 point conversion.

I'm thinking it will be somewhere around:

UM - 38

UConn - 28

Give or take 3 on each of those scores, but we still win either way.
