Too hot for OSU to practice
I don't know how we missed this last week.

"A university spokeswoman said that the team's trainers recommended to cancel the first practice because of temperatures in the 90s and high humidity levels. Much of central Ohio was placed under an air quality alert on Friday, meaning that children, the elderly and sensitive groups should stay inside."
Sensitive groups = tOSU football.

Must have been too hot for Justin Boren to run up to the line.

I was thinking the same thing. Poor Justin, he'd be a puddle on the turf after only 3 plays. I think I can hear him screaming "Punt, please punt coach" from here.

Not every temperature is the perfect temperature in the world. I mean every temperature kills people, murders people, steals from you, steals from me, whatever.
You have to watch out for those types of temperatures.

about this hoopla.
Here in Tampa all of our high schools, youth football, colleges have been practicing 4 days a week in the afternoon since July 19.
We have temps 92-96 every day with 80%-90% humditiy and heat index readings of 100-115 every day.
Good hydration is the key.
Maybe we should move The Game to September if the buckeyes are heat shy.

Dang, these pussies can't practice in the heat? I guess they won't win 11+ games this year and go to another BCS bowl.
