Its really good to see Tate at the beggining of the video. Im pulling for him to be our starter. I think he gives us the best chance at winning games...

If Tate is injured, it could still be his shoulder from the Indiana game.  A torn tendon in the shoulder can take 15 months to fully heal properly and frequent throwing would slow down the healing process.  I hurt a tendon in my shoulder at the end of last October and it is a lot better, but it still isn't 100%.

I took a spill in March and caught myself on the way down with a "stiff arm" to some jetty rocks along the Grand River. While I managed to keep from splitting my head open, the force of my own weight falling on my exteneded arm tore the tendons in my left shoulder.

I absolutely know how Tate felt and have no idea how he threw the winning touchdown pass against Indiana, nor how he finished the season. He probably wasn't even 50% after that, and doubtful he is 100% now - even with the best medical and rehab staff around.

Definitely want to see him gunning for the top spot. While it looks like the deck is being stacked against him with some faster and taller competition, the kid is a winner - and him going balls out will make everyone better.

Not to burst any bubbles and I could be 100% wrong here but don't they film these way ahead of time and then edit in the practice tape?  It looks like they are in the players lounge when they are filming these and in reality, I know that all the players are at the hotel during fall camp.  Anyone?

I'm almost certain that's the players lounge at the football complex.

However, it's entirely possible that the film crew tapes these before/between/after practices.

I do get the feeling that these are filmed on an almost daily basis, so I don't think these interviews are several days or weeks old.  Sagesse probably talked to the camera crew yesterday or the day before.

Definitely the Players Lounge seen in the Day 27 video with Mike Parrish.

Also, the players mention different days, so they are definitely filming them daily, like when Lewan and Roh were talking about how they had the day off last Saturday so they were hanging out by the pool, etc.
