Not OT -- Google Earth & Michigan Grads?

It was a slow day at work today so I got on Google Maps and went to Michigan Stadium. It was really cool seeing the finished construction and such like that but then I noticed something different about the scoreboard..

Amazing.

And it just got me thinking...and not researching...a Michigan grad had to have helped make Google Earth. I did a quick check of Notre Dame's, MSU's, and tOSU's fields as well as the Chicago Bears' & the Patriots' fields and none of them had anything on the scoreboard.

Needless to say it both made my day and made me even more anxious for the start of the season.

Google has its adwords office at division and liberty in A2...they know ann arbor.

The 3-D stadium (with scoreboard) is user-created content. It has nothing to do with the creators of Google Earth, except that they made it possible for users to do such a thing.
