You can't go wrong with Al Ackerman.  Ironically enough, Ackerman's phrase started out as sarcasm because of complaints that he was too bitter and cynical.  The Tigers won so seldom back then that he started that phrase when they won.

Other Ackerman gems: graphics that said "Dead Wings" and "Pathetic Pistons."  This went over so well that a Toledo station came up with "Cadavaliers" for Cleveland's basketball team.  This was before very many people had cable, and most sports fans used to watch the local broadcasts religiously.

At any rate, Ackerman was an original.

Tiger Talk on the News forums is pretty good as well--of course, it's a message board, not a blog. Lots of die-hard fans there and good discussion.

Bless You Boys, the SB Nation blog, is the go-to. It used to be Ian Casselbury's, then was taken over by ("Mack Avenue") Kurt. It's no MGoBlog, but it's the go-to. And you'll find posts of Misopogonal logghorea on there.

Roar of the Tigers is written (and drawn) by a slightly unstable woman named Samara Pearlstein  who dies inside with every Tigers out, and whose mix of self-drawn artwork and effervescent writing creates perhaps the most poignant sports commentary on the Internet.

The third is Bilfer's Detroit Tigers Weblog. He's the most Brian-like but doesn't post often enough to compete with BYB as the main channel. Everything Bilfer writes is worth reading.
