Google does us wrong!
Google, of all companies, should be trustworthy to make U of M look great, right? Well, I'm sure this wasn't intentional, but they better get it cleaned up, quick!
I decided to check Google Maps to see if they had updated their satellite photos of Ann Arbor yet to include the stadium additions. They did, but the photos were taken when the field was stripped off! It's bare concrete. it looks terrible!
C'mon, Google! Wait for a new photo on the next satellite flyby. Edit the old field back in there. Something! Now Michigan stadium is gonna look like a construction zone for the next 5 years! They did it the last time, too! The last photo was up forever, when they had a section of seats all torn out to get a crane in there.
I bet UM will just send a satellite up there and correct this dilemma. After all, it's space, bitches. Space.
we have to take down that secret satellite that's brainwashing all the sports writers and making them think notre dame is good
I guess we are still sending monkeys into space
If they don't show us some love Zoltan will punt their satellites out of orbit.
Stadium looks terrific. Field is nice 'n green, labeled, etc. They caught Brian staring at Erin Andrews on the sideline, but I forgive him. I'd have done it, too.
As long as it wasn't through a peep hole...
You know what we should do? We should get a good number of us together for a road trip to Ohio Stadium in the heart of the Armpit, and lay in a maize block M formation on their 50 yardline as the Google satellite cruises overhead.
This would be impossible to arrage. But I can dream.
if anyone at Google happened to be an MGoUser.
I would say that Google has done us incredibly right. If you switch to Google Earth and zoom in on our scoreboard...
ND and Ohio stadium are empty in their Google earth depictions.
Until we get to the MSU game so they can take sattelite picks of the largest crowd to ever watch a football game.
That's dirt below the turf, not concrete, FYI.
Unless that picture is from longer back than I thought.
