I want it...NOW!  That's related to the game, right?

In all seriousness...expect an online dynasty thread as soon as I get my hands on the game.

I stopped on my way to work to pick it up and the clerk(re: Cockbreath/fucktard) had no clue right next to the poster of Tim Tebow (JULY 13) were it was at?

Awesome customer service...Going to Best Buy at lunch.

That is fantastic.  Every time I think that there simply can be no additional word-combo insults, an even better one pops up.  Well done.

... in the past 9.5 hours. No complaints? OMG Shirtless? FA? Bueller? Anybody?

I guess the rule only applies to bobblethon threads.

OMG Shirtless

July 13th, 2010 at 7:28 PM ^

When I got home from work, there was only one NCAA thread.  It is release day, I can deal with it.  Nobody is asking me to do anything.  Nobody is trying to give me a reminder.  Nobody is trying to guilt me into doing something.

The Bobblethon threads are like the fucking greenpeace/save the whales jacktards with their damn clipboards that I used to see on campus and are still all over the place.  You can walk right past them but they're still annoying as fuck, and you yearn for the days when Old Redface/Captain America/Marvin/ any of the other Ann Arbor homeless would beat the fuck out of them for infringing on their territory.

I played it for a few hours last night, and I love the running game (Vincent Smith is QUICK), but there's some jack-tard glitches that should never be put out in a final game. I even downloaded a patch when I first put it in, and two games later my quarterback was running 30 yards backwards uncontrollably after missing a handoff. Other minor problems like blurry replays have happened also.

Ha, I've seen the handoff problem a few times. It's very annoying. Also there is one where your QB goes into "throwing" stance when he hits the LOS. It was said this was going to be fixed but I've still been hit by it.

I can understand not having release date delivery like some places do but I can't understand why they can't get the game to customers sooner than 10 days to 2 weeks after release.  Anyone have prior experience with Dell? Are those estimated delivery dates conservative? Otherwise I'm SOL till the 23rd.

I got Dell confirmation, but it says the shipment is delayed and I shouldn't expect to receive it until 7/23.  Bummer...

We should start an online dynasty for the people who receive the game 10 days late from Dell.

I got my Dell confirmation and it has already shipped and should be here Thursday.

I guess the good news about getting the game later is that the rosters should already be done by the time you get it.

I got my Dell shipping confirmation yesterday and tracking is showing that it is out for delivery today.  I think it helped that Dell shipped from Atlanta and I'm in Alpharetta (northern suburb).

Before yesterday's email, it was showing delivery by July 23, so don't sweat it, I'm sure you guys will get it before then.

I figured - and wrongfully assumed - Dell would ship all preorders last week so we would get it today.

I just checked my status again and it says shipped (thank God) but when I went to UPS to see the shipping location, the tracking number did not work.

So who knows? I might get it this week, or I might get it on the 21st like the invoice said. Either way, I like the idea of an online dynasty for those of us who ordered from Dell.

Live the game so far but already in the first game woolfolk and denard are out for the season. Absolutly love the running game. This is why this version is leaps and bounds better then previous years.

I can't wait to run the ball with DRob and company today.

Dont buy rosters.  They are free online after a few days.  They wont be for sale until after free ones are available for download.  The only people that sell rosters are those that download the free ones themselves.

Played a quick game this morning. I started Denard because the read option is damn fun this year. In Iowa City, down by 3 with a minute left I decided to put Tate in because I needed a game winning drive. Dinking and dunking down the sideline until Hemmingway came open over the middle. Threw a dart that hit him at the 40, he dove in to the endzone with a saftey on his back. 28-24 Game. Set. Match....freakin' beautiful.

Those asking about rosters, keep an eye on http://www.operationsports.com/forums/ncaa-football-rosters/  Named rosters should be up by the end of the week.

That Tebow cover will be replaced by the Tate Forcier one posted on Spawn of M Zone immediately after I open the game.  Only thing better would be if you print a new disc cover.
