I don't see how this would work.  You have to be missing something.

How does DWade's salary equal roughly that of Devin Harris + Courtney Lee + Brook Lopez + Favors + Williams?

I believe if Lebron wants to go to NJ, he can't take Wade or Bosh with him.

NJ just got rid of Yi and now have $30M in cap space.  That is just behind the Knicks and more than Miami or Chicago.  They can't have two full max players but they are close.  The Knicks have no one on their roster.  The Nets are only really paying Devin Harris and $3M to Kris Humphries.  Everyone else is on a rookie contract and they didn't go that high in the draft outside of Favors.

Not true. The Dolphins have a lot of support, the Heat have more than the average franchise and the Marlins were really popular until Huizinga's fire sale killed all that good will.

These free agent scenarios sound like some kind of bad hollywood movie where a handful of greedy players take all of the money and unwittingly force their team to hire a Steve Urkel-ish nobody to complete the roster and a Sinbad-like goofball to coach them.  Of course, the team initially struggles but eventually but eventually learns humility from their poor, pathetic co-stars before becoming a true "team" and winning the championship in the last possible second.
