This is just goddamn ridiculous at this point. They both look so distraught when they are readying to serve.

I'll be sad if it's an anti-climatic finish where it gets postponed until tomorrow, and someone throws down a break in the first game and wins the match.

It's not often that records are broken so extensively, by so wide a margin. This is literally the most extraordinary thing to happen in tennis, perhaps in all of sports, in quite a while.

I went to the YMCA to shoot hoops for a while. When I left it was 33-33. I came back over an hour later and they were still playing. This has gotten beyond ridiculous.

Wow, at 53 all I thought Isner was about to get broken.  Now he has a good chanced at winning it 55-53.  This is insane.

That'd be pretty cool... all of Wimbledon grinding to a halt because of this one game. They were saying on ESPN 2 that there's a pretty good chance the winner won't play tomorrow because they have other matches that they need to clear/got held up because of this one.

As an American and a fan of Isner I'm obviously rooting for him, but you must give some credit to Mahut. Admittedly he hasn't faced much danger, but even so the fact is he has stepped to the line 55 consecutive times knowing that being broken is the end. Impressive stuff from both players
