I went to the Michigan Union this mornning and picked up two complimentary tickets for tomorrows commencement. I thought my son might want them considering his game day attire every Saturday during the 1997 season was a # 2 jersey (he was 8). Alas, he's busy.I will be driving around the concourse in my golf cart all morning making grandmas happy by delivering them right to their portal. Seeing as my UM spring commencement speaker in 1995 was the creator of the Cathy comic strip (a UM alum but perhaps the lamest choice ever), Charles Woodson would basically be Jesus mixed with MLK. But alas I can’t make it.
