Michigan Insider Interview: Roy Roundtree
Excellent interview with WR coach Roy Roundtree that was on WTKA this morning. I thought the board would enjoy hearing this.
The 3 part segment with JT Rogan focuses on the wide recivers, the second of which features Roy. Enjoy.
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
meh, that didn't really work.
I never heard an interview with Hastings, but after that I'm convinced that with Roundtree and McElwain focusing on WRs, the position will be much improved.
Will never forget his touchdown catch in UTLI.
When my Alzheimer's has finally fully set in I may forget my wife's face but I will never forget that catch
"Incomplete....but wait...."
Did Don Criqui ever get that signal? Has anyone approached him about maybe leaving the booth since the confidence in getting a signal has probably sunk quite low for him now?
Musberger’s greatest call
The great Rory Roundtree

That’s a pretty weird way to do a highlight video. Show the score at 28-24 then go back to the first quarter.

It's 14-0, 17-7, 14-0, 14-7...I just went to the end to watch what I hoped was the end...

This was 5 minutes of ND highlights and 20 seconds of a single Michigan highlight.

Hope he helps this unit get much better as 2017 was a total bust for the WRs.

Thw WR position was very poorly coached last season IMO, the talent is there, but the players just didn't know what to do. Better WR play last season and we win 2 more games.
One thing that is heartening to me ais that we had 3 obvious weaknesses, WR play, O line play, and QB play. We changed coaches for proven winners at WR and OL. We're hopefully adding a 5 star proven QB. Recognizing failure is an important step to improving quickly. NOw if it's all on the play calling, then we still might not be good on offense.
Thread needs more wizard hat and snake oil content.
