Had to try and get this in here at the top so you guys maybe can get in Beilein's ear. He needs to go after that South Dakota kid hard. The kid can fricking ball. He would replace Duncan very nicely and he's a killer. He attacks unlike Duncan ever did. Gotta gotta gotta go after him hard.

I thought that maybe he could turn the corner and be a really good player for Michigan by the time he was a sophmore or junior. Camp Sanderson really improved him athletically, as I guess over the summer he posted some impressive numbers, but couldn't translate that onto the court. Hope he finds a good school and contiues playing ball and gets that degree! Thanks Ibi!

that Watson would never be a significant contributor for Michigan, and some who attacked and insulted us for saying so (yes, you know who you are). Glad it's all settled now.

He's going to another school, where he may do very well. Good luck to him. But the fact remains that there will always be players recruited in basketball, football, etc. who fall short of expectations or hopes, and get little or no meaningful playing time. People on this board predict depth charts, and who is going to play more or less all the time. Are you telling all of those people to stop wasting their time or that they are irrelevant?

Did you make your prediction after his freshman year? Because predicting that someone won’t make a contribution to Michigan basketball after being on campus for a year just means you got lucky. There were plenty of people who wrote off DJ Wison and Simpson and Teske off and said they would never contribute. It’s funny we only hear from smug pricks like you when they’re right but not when they are wrong. Take your “I told you so” and shove it up your ass. No one cares if you think you are cooler because you predicted a freshman who didn’t play much wouldn’t have a significant career at Michigan.

A) you made your account a month ago, so congrats on starting (at least) your second account. B) Using observation A, you probably said it in a way that disparaged the kid or JB, which is probably what people disliked more, especially since JB has a history of taking players looking lost and making them first round draft picks

I'm the only poster here who has ever made a prediction about what players are going to play a lot and what players aren't. As I pointed out above, that's a major topic of discussion on this board. And your speculations may make you feel superior, but you really know nothing about what I've said, do you?

It wasn't that hard to predict, dude. It's been very rare for a player who's done as little as Watson during his first two years on the court to have much of a career here, Beilein or not. That's simply a fact, and anyone who's been paying attention knows that.
